Event Venue Rental Information & Acknowledgment

Apothec Tea & Co. offers a charming, intimate venue in downtown Erwin, Tennessee, ideal for small
gatherings such as showers, birthdays, book clubs, business meetings, and private celebrations.

Rental Package
$300 for 3 hours
The rental includes exclusive use of the venue for a three-hour period. All setup and clean-up must take place
within the reserved time.

• Tables and chairs as available on site
• Ambient background music at a non-disturbing level
• On-site staff contact during your event
Booking Process
1. Submit a Rental Request Form.
2. A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date.
3. Remaining balance of $250 is due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
4. The Event Rental Agreement must be signed to finalize booking.

Policies
• Rental time includes setup and clean-up.
• Additional time may be added at $50 per hour, when available.
• Music volume must remain at a respectful, non-disturbing level at all times.
• No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or furniture.
• Candles must be fully enclosed.
• The venue must be left in the same condition as received; a $50 cleaning fee may apply.
• Renter is responsible for guests and any damage to the space.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental fee. If
Apothec Tea & Co. must cancel due to emergency or unsafe conditions, all payments will be refunded.
