Looking for a charming, intimate space with vintage-floral vibes? Apothec Tea & Co. in downtown Erwin, Tennessee is perfect for showers, birthdays, book clubs, micro-weddings, business meetups, and more.

Rental Package

$300 for 3 hours
Your rental includes exclusive use of the venue for a 3-hour block (setup and clean-up time are included within the 3 hours no exceptions ).

Tables & chairs as available on site (limited count)

Access to our background music & cozy ambience

On-site staff contact during your event

Need extra time? Add hours (when available) for $50 per 30 mins

 

How Booking Works

  1. Send a Request: Submit your rental request form with your preferred date and time.

  2. Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date.

  3. Balance: The remaining $250 is due 7 days before your event.

  4. Celebrate: Arrive on time, enjoy your event, and wrap up within your scheduled window.

Policies 

  • Time: Your 3-hour rental includes setup and clean-up. Overtime is $50/half hr 

  • Decor: No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls/furniture. Candles must be enclosed.

  • Cleanup: Leave the space as you found it; a $50 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed.

  • Food & Beverage: Outside items require prior approval. Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.

  • Liability: Apothec Tea & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Renter is responsible for guests and any damage.

    Cancellations

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental fee.

    • If Apothec Tea & Co. must cancel due to emergency or unsafe conditions, all payments will be refunded.

    How far in advance should I book?
    As early as possible—popular dates go quickly!

    Can I come early to set up?
    No.Setup and clean-up must fit within your 3-hour rental (or added hours).

    Do you provide tableware/decor?
    We dont not offer table ware at this time.

    What’s the capacity?
    Ideal for intimate gatherings. 30 is our limit. We do not offer extra seating.

    • Step 1: Complete the Rental Request Form

    • Step 2: We’ll confirm availability and send your invoice for the $50 deposit

    • Step 3: Receive your Event Rental Agreement to finalize the booking
