Rental Package

$150 for 3 hours
Your rental includes exclusive use of the venue for a three-hour block (setup and clean-up time are included within the 3 hours).

How Booking Works

1. Send a Request: Submit your rental request form with your preferred date and time.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date.

3. Balance: The remaining $100 is due 7 days before your event.

4. Celebrate: Arrive on time, enjoy your event, and wrap up within your scheduled window.

Policies 

• Time: Your 3-hour rental includes setup and clean-up. Overtime is $50/hour as available.

• Decor: No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls/furniture. Candles must be enclosed.

• Cleanup: Leave the space as you found it; a $50 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed.

• Food & Beverage: Outside items require prior approval. Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.

• Liability: Apothec Tea & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Renter is responsible for guests and any damage.

  Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental fee.

  • If Apothec Tea & Co. must cancel due to emergency or unsafe conditions, all payments will be refunded.

  Can I come early to set up?
  Setup and clean-up must fit within your 3-hour rental (or added hours).

  Do you provide tableware/decor?
  We can provide basic table settings with tea service packages. Ask about current options.

  What’s the capacity?
  Ideal for intimate gatherings. 45 is our limit. Tell us your guest count and we’ll confirm fit and layout.
