Looking for a charming, intimate space with vintage-floral vibes? Apothec Tea & Co. in downtown Erwin, Tennessee is perfect for showers, birthdays, book clubs, micro-weddings, business meetups, and more.
Rental Package
$150 for 3 hours
Your rental includes exclusive use of the venue for a three-hour block (setup and clean-up time are included within the 3 hours).

Need extra time? Add hours (when available) for $50 per hour.
How Booking Works
Send a Request: Submit your rental request form with your preferred date and time.
Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your date.
Balance: The remaining $100 is due 7 days before your event.
Celebrate: Arrive on time, enjoy your event, and wrap up within your scheduled window.
Policies
Time: Your 3-hour rental includes setup and clean-up. Overtime is $50/hour as available.
Decor: No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls/furniture. Candles must be enclosed.
Cleanup: Leave the space as you found it; a $50 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
Food & Beverage: Outside items require prior approval. Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.
Liability: Apothec Tea & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Renter is responsible for guests and any damage.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental fee.
If Apothec Tea & Co. must cancel due to emergency or unsafe conditions, all payments will be refunded.
